What do you think about the Magic Token Society having a token made up?

Yes, that is a wonderful idea. Any ideas on a design?

I think a token is a natural. What kind of token would it be? Like various MT’s – giveaways, usable props, medals, awards...
It could be a commemorative of the society for its members, and/or to advertise it. It could include something like “MTS, Founded yyyy”, or as a give-away with the website address, or maybe something sort of customized, with a place to counterstamp a membership number, or a “member since yyyy”, or a name (Chief Fun).
I agree the MTS logo would make a terrific obverse. Where did it come from? Brass or Aluminum? Size? … I’m sure Jon could give us a *fantastic* deal on making them, hmm?
What’s that about imitation as the greatest form of admiration? Maybe a copy of a classic coin, MT, or device?
A bit of a puzzler would be good, too.

Bring It On.
Great Idea on MTS Token issuance.
Would be nice if one unique token could be issued specifically for the 16 Charter Members and a seperate one for all members / anyone interested. This website and the issuing of such a token will spark tremndous interest in Magic Token Collecting. Joe thanks for founding the website. I would like to see a list of all members names and their email address's. Garry Hayes / Nashville, TN

I agree!! A commemorative would be nice. However, it would be cool if a magical effect could be worked in. By the way Jon, this is a very well-done website.
