Jon Lerner was kind enough to direct me to this site. I have Kuethe's "Magician's Tokens and Related Items" listed for sale on eBay and he suggested that this would be a good place to post to inform those most interested.

Dan, Not sure if you monitor this board or not, but maybe JS can pass this on. I noticed the catalog didn't sell - sorry to see that. Based on recent history, I thought $65 sounded about in the right ballpark. There may be non-eBay'ers in the group here that JS might email if you still have it as a straight sale vs auction. (And there's always new members coming along.)

followup...I think that it was relisted and Rich H got it for around $35 bucks...a bargain because it normally goes for between $50 and $100..think it was not listed in title correctly...
