"A Catalog of the Edgar G. Heyl Collection of: Magicians’ Tokens Medals & Related Items, with Reprints of supplementary material by Edgar Heyl and others,  Magazine Articles, Research Materials, Other Relevant Correspondence"  - Catalog Compiled by William F. Kuethe, Jr.,  Auction 02/15/1994

You've probably seen it, but if not, it is a wonderful tribute to Heyl and his collection, with photos and over 20 articles & letters by him from various sources (most a page long or so) including a letter from John Petrie.  Numerous references to unlisted tokens and other books and articles.  Kuethe put a great deal of time and thought into its making.
